Whether after a purchase, before renting out a property, or simply to increase your property’s value, renovations are often necessary. Agence Austral helps you coordinate these projects, from defining your needs to the final inspection of the work.
We draw on a network of contractors and construction professionals we know in Réunion to provide you with tailored estimates, monitor the work, and ensure that deadlines are met and the work is completed to a high standard.
This service is designed for both owner-occupiers and investors looking to renovate a property before renting it out or reselling it, particularly when they do not reside on the island.
Do you have a renovation project? Tell us what you need: we’ll guide you toward the right solutions and serve as your point of contact with the contractors throughout the project.
